Resurge Social Terms of Service

Resurge Social is a social media planning and publishing workspace operated for Resurge Games. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Resurge Social.

1. Use of the Service

Resurge Social lets authorized users connect social media accounts, create posts, upload media, schedule content, and publish content to connected social platforms. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, schedule, or publish through Resurge Social. You must ensure that your content complies with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, and community guidelines.

3. Connected Accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize Resurge Social to access the permissions you approve during the connection flow. Resurge Social uses those permissions only to display the connected account, prepare posts, upload media, and publish or schedule content as requested by an authorized user.

4. Content and Media

You retain ownership of content and media you create or upload. By using Resurge Social, you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, upload, schedule, and publish that content through connected services.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account or connected social channel has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Resurge Social available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled publishing may be affected by outages, third-party platform restrictions, API changes, or network issues.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Resurge Social integrates with third-party social platforms. Those platforms are separate services with their own terms, policies, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for changes, outages, moderation decisions, or restrictions made by third-party platforms.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Resurge Social to publish illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content. You may not attempt to bypass security, misuse platform APIs, or access accounts you are not authorized to manage.

9. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to Resurge Social if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk.
